Leicester City s Andy King has a lot on his mind at the moment as he considers his options for the upcoming summer transfer window.
The 30-year-old midfielder, who is currently on loan with Derby County while being Leicester s longest-serving player, has been told by Claude Puel that he has no place in the manager s plans, and according to local outlet , it s making him indecisive about staying at the King Power Stadium past the summer.
King has been a Leicester player all his career so far, accumulating a total of 379 appearances and scoring 62 goals in all competitions for the Foxes. The Welsh international was also an important player in their title-winning season in 2015/16. He had a short spell on loan at Swansea City last season, and he joined the Rams in the Championship on a temporary basis on the last day of January this year.
However, as things stand, a return to Leicester doesn t seem likely despite his contract running for a further year, at least if Puel remains in charge, and his future will now depend on the offers put on his table when the season ends.
