Klopp warns Dortmund about ´quality´ Gladbach

Borussia Dortmund head coach Jurgen Klopp has talked up upcoming opponents Borussia Mönchengladbach ahead of their Bundesliga battle.

League leaders Dortmund will be on the road at Mönchengladbach s Borussia-Park on Saturday, aiming to preserve their unbeaten record this season and make it seven wins from eight matches.

Dortmund have not won at Mönchengladbach since October 2009 and Klopp said his side will have to do something special to surpass Lucien Favre s men.

They have a good team, plenty of quality, great footballers, Klopp said on Friday.

We have focused on two games on our analysis, the previous home and previous away game.

I think the difference on their performances isn t that big anymore (between home and away).

At the beginning they won their home matches and lost their away games, last time they got a point in Augsburg.

Klopp said Mönchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl had already teed up his side to put in a big performance against Dortmund, after their last clash against Augsburg.

They are also confident, Max Eberl said after the game, that the point is worth it and now we want to beat Dortmund.

Klopp agreed his suspension for his outburst at a touchline judge in their Champions League clash with Napoli in September was deserved given he was no longer in control of his actions.

My UEFA ban isn t really my topic to be honest, the 46-year-old coach said.

Obviously my reaction wasn t like, wow, that s superb .
